Hi, I’m Marisol.

I bring the strength, resilience, and heart of my Boricua upbringing into my work. My approach to therapy is relational, culturally attuned, and rooted in ancestral wisdom. I support clients in reconnecting to themselves, their identities, and their communities.

With over 20 years of experience in mediation and coaching, I work with individuals navigating complex relationships, life transitions, chronic stress, and identity exploration.
