Approach
Systemic and integrative, grounded in attachment and trauma-informed care. April creates a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to explore difficult emotions, unspoken experiences, and unanswered questions.
Her work looks beyond the immediate problem to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping what's happening now. Therapy is collaborative, with space for both deeper understanding and practical change.
