Approach

Jax's approach to counseling is tailored to each client's strengths, values, and goals. They draw from multiple modalities through a trauma-informed, body-centered approach rooted in liberation psychology.

Their work is culturally and spiritually attuned, with an emphasis on connecting to ancestral roots, decolonization, and developing collectivist care.
