Approach

Jenica is warm, engaging, and empathetic, with nine years of experience in somatic coaching and sex education. They see every person as inherently resilient.

Their person-centered approach focuses on cultivating strengths, encouraging self-compassion, and reducing stigma and shame. Their work is informed by IFS/parts work, somatics, narrative therapy, DBT, attachment theory, and guided visualization.
