Approach

Lil has over a decade of experience working in somatics. Their approach is heavily informed by an awareness of the physical, mental, and emotional depletion that arises from harm at the hands of systems.

With a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach, they believe in co-creating a soft space for clients to feel deeply accepted, understood, and held with compassion.
